Every year we at The Keepers Lodge host informal sporting trips in the UK and abroad, these trips have been running for many years and are to friends and establishments we have met along the way.

We start the season with pre-season practice with our friends in Argentina, Dove Shooting letting off many rounds and well and truly getting our eye in before we move on to Yorkshire Grouse in August, Partridge Shooting in Lincolnshire in September, we break for the UK Woodcock & Snipe season when we are busy at home, with an exception of a weekend on Partridges and Monteria in Spain. We finish the shotgun season with our family friends in Spain, shooting Partridges near Madrid. March is the time to put the shotguns to the gunsmith for service and get the rifles out, Africa beckons and we spend two weeks shooting Plaines Game normally in the eastern Cape.  April, May, June bring us Fishing sometimes at home on the Bass or Tope, sometimes abroad in South America or the Bahamas.
